Hey so just to clear up some confusion, this is not how animation is done in the show. This is my personal way of doing it, its crude but it works. I am not employed at DHX, so that makes this a fan made clip. enjoy :]

Hey there! So this is a time-lapse of my screen as I was working on the "St-01" scene. I am going to be putting up a tutorial series on how to do this simply (in flash, not after effects and Photoshop) for the nice people of MLP-Vectors, but I thought I would give you something to chew on first (no pun intended) If you want to try to do this and need help, just write a comment! Sorry for the abrupt ending, all I do is assign it a category and section in AVID and put it on the server, nothing special

. As usually the clip is fully rendered in Fun Aperture (CakeMix Format as I call it) and clipped down to 16:9 for TV. Programs used are: Maya (for one very small thing), AfterEffects, Photoshop, Premiere, AVID Media Composer, and Cinema 4D. Don't worry all this will be a lot clearer in the tutorial. Oh ya, Music is "We Fail" by Deadmau5. (C) of clip and equipment goes to Hasbro Animation, DHX media, Cake Mix studios, and Me.
