@00:40Just for your information, show everyone that are looking at this video, if you can do the same thing, this was not traced,it is an existing scene but that doesn't mean it's traced. stop the critique of something you can't do better. Thanks.
@00:04Importing the assets I just made into the flash comp. Why use photoshop when flash has drawing native support? It's faster for visualizing objects and changing minuet details. Either Flash of Photoshop works fine though.
You know that awkward moment when you have someones jar of peanut butter in your mouth? Well Rainbow Dash does.
Grab the project files below, If you want the raw PSD's, just ask.
I was planing on taking home a studio mic for the weekend so I could record some tutorials, but as luck would have it, someone else needed it. So here is what I was going to voice over, I will try to annotate this as best as possible. So consider this the pre-tuturial for now.
I will try to grab the mic on monday and hopefully record it over the week.
Made all in Flash and Photoshop using the Wacom Intuos4 (Cintiq preferred). Drew rough initial camera staging and layout, finalized with brush/pen.
Total production time from first sketching to finalized video ~33 minutes. At this rate I could make a full episode in about 8 days (If I worked straight thought the night).
You know whats even better then videos? Project Files! So here, grab some, play around, and ask questions. :] [link]
